Between the 26th and 28th March 2008, this farm hosted two sectors of the very successful 28th FIPS-Mouche World Fly Fishing Championships. Teams from 23 countries were represented with the following results:
1st - Czech Republic - total of 383 fish 2nd - New Zealand - total of 325 fish 3rd - France third - total of 316 fish
The individual winner was Martin Droz of the Czech Republic with 78 fish caught.
The most fish in a three hour session (37) were caught here on this farm. It was a record for the amount of fish caught in a World Fly Fishing Competition with 4,270 fish caught over the three days.
